About Me:

I love movies and television. When I was a child I almost cried when Mad Max's interceptor got destroyed in The Road Warrior (the dog dying was sad too, but, THE INTERCEPTOR!). I went to Scotland just to see where The Wicker Man was shot (see above picture). I almost quit watching The Wire (SPOILER ALERT!) when Omar Little got got. The point is, I knew early on I wanted to work in Hollywood.

With a Hi-8 camera, an ailing boom-mic, and actors paid off in beer, I got the ball rolling when I shot a movie for my senior thesis class. I taught myself to edit using a friend's copy of Adobe Premiere and found that I had a knack. After graduating with a Film and Video Studies degree from the University of Oklahoma, I headed for Los Angeles in 2003 and was lucky enough to quickly get my foot in the door.

My 18+ year editing career spans a variety of genres and mediums. My film editing credits include: Sony Crackle’s Joe Dirt 2: Beautiful Loser, starring David Spade, Patrick Warburton and Christopher Walken, the theatrically released Drunk Parents, starring Alec Baldwin, Salma Hayek and Jim Gaffigan, and Mad Families, an ensemble comedy starring Charlie Sheen, Leah Remini, and Tiffany Haddish.

Select additional credits include the two Sony Crackle scripted series Sequestered and Startup, the NBC scripted series Siberia,  and the reality series Naked and Afraid (Discovery), Swamp People (History Channel), and Whale Wars (Animal Planet), for which I was nominated for an Emmy in 2010.

After nearly 20 years in the industry my love for movies and television still burns strong. I currently live in Los Angeles, but I remain a Sooner at heart. BOOMER!
